Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and Homar Furniture Atelier. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, riots, and labor disputes.

Product Features

1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
2. Natural materials may exhibit variations in color, texture, and pattern.
3. Wood and metal finishes may change over time due to natural aging processes.

Product Customization

We offer customization services for our products. Custom orders are subject to an upcharge, and prices will be provided upon request. Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Claim and Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 15 years. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Prices

Prices are listed in Indian National Rupee (INR) and do not include transportation costs or fees.

Payment Terms

A 75% advance payment is required to initiate production. Balance payments must be made before dispatching the goods. Returns and Cancellation.
Custom-made products are non-returnable. Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

Shipping Policy

We require a minimum of 90 days for handover of furniture after realization of advance payment and confirmation of final drawings Shipping costs vary based on product weight and region.

Intellectual Property

All furniture pieces manufactured by Homar Furniture Atelier are our intellectual property. We reserve the right to record, photograph, and/or video any furniture pieces manufactured by us.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
